At ṚTAVEDA ("we", "our", or "us"), we prioritize the privacy and security of your personal birth data, planetary charts, and account details. This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our web platform and mobile apps.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Full name, email address, and optional phone number provided during manual account creation or Google OAuth.
• Birth & Chart Data: Exact birth date, time, birth location (latitude and longitude) used exclusively to compute astronomical planetary charts.
• AI Conversation Context: Chat queries submitted to the AI Guru assistant to provide personalized astrological interpretations.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to generate high-precision Vedic birth charts (Raasi D1, Navamsa D9, Dashamsa D10, Ashtakavarga, Shadbala, and Vimshottari Dasha timelines). We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your birth records or chat history to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Encryption & Security

All network communication is transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords are securely hashed using salted PBKDF2 with SHA-256. Access and refresh tokens are stored in secure HTTP-only session storage or encrypted native SecureStore.

You have the right to request exported copies of your saved birth charts or delete your account and associated records at any time by contacting support@rtavedic.com.
